Website privacy
Know what you share.
This page describes the contact and documentation features on this website. Ask us about the data requirements for your monitoring deployment during evaluation.
Contact requests
The contact form prepares your request in your browser. It does not submit the request to SanSignal. Choosing Open email app passes the prepared message to your email application, where you can review and send it.
The request contains the name, email, organization, and project details you provide. Information you send by email or through an enabled form service is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested services. Your email provider also handles messages you send through it.
Documentation search
Documentation search runs against a public index in your browser. The website does not send search terms to a SanSignal search server.
Interactive API reference
If you use the API reference’s request tools, requests and any credentials you enter are sent to the API server you select. API settings and credentials can be saved in this browser by the reference tools. Use Clear saved API settings to remove them. Use credentials appropriate to the task and your own authorized deployment. Mutating API operations can change data.
Website storage and hosting
The website does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting service may process request information to serve and protect the website. The authenticated dashboard has its own account and session behavior.
